Communications Specialist

We are looking for a Communications Specialist to help us with various aspects of our business.

What You’ll Do

  • Social media management: create social media updates and manage social media platforms.

  • Content marketing strategy: develop tactics to attract the company's target audiences through social media channels.

  • Website: manage the company’s website and keep it up to date

  • Statistics: keep an eye on numbers at Google Analytics, calculate KPIs, and provide facts and recommendations to the leadership team.


  • Contact lists: maintain our database of contacts and help us grow our lists

  • Public relations: coordinate relations with the agency’s public as required. Draft letters, media releases, blog posts, content for the company’s email newsletter, and communicate with clients as it will be instructed.

  • Support business operations: respond to inquiries and requests of the company’s stakeholders.

  • Ability to wear many hats

  • Good knowledge or ability to learn: Google Analytics, Asana, Mailchimp, Airtable, web platforms and other technologies as required, Hubspot

  • 3+ years of relevant experience

  • Education in marketing, communication, public relations, or journalism

  • Excellent English language writing, speaking, and grammar skills
