We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Specialist who'll explore new business opportunities, develop relationships with potential clients and ensure excellent after-sales service. The successful candidate will have a growth opportunity based on performance and results.

What You’ll Do

Identify and follow up on new business opportunities that complement our company.

Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and the agency representatives.

Generate leads through cold calling, emails, meetings.

Plan and prepare presentations.
Exceed sales targets and goals to drive overall business growth. -
Provide daily and weekly reports to the leadership team.

Study competition's services/prices and stay up to date on the competitive landscape.

Analyze & research market, industry trends to acquire market intelligence.

Boost sales and contribute to our business growth.

Stay in touch with the clients to strengthen existing partnerships, identify their needs, and make recommendations to the leadership team.

Collaborate with the team members to build proposals based on client needs.
Understand the buying cycles and help the agency establish processes. -
Manage database and contact lists.
Who You are

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field is an asset

1+ year B2B sales experience
