Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Specialist who'll explore new business opportunities, develop relationships with potential clients and ensure excellent after-sales service.  The successful candidate will have a growth opportunity based on performance and results.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and follow up on new business opportunities that complement our company.

  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and the agency representatives.

  • Generate leads through cold calling, emails, meetings.

  • Plan and prepare presentations.
    Exceed sales targets and goals to drive overall business growth.

  • Provide daily and weekly reports to the leadership team.

  • Study competition's services/prices and stay up to date on the competitive landscape.

  • Analyze & research market, industry trends to acquire market intelligence.

  • Boost sales and contribute to our business growth.

  • Stay in touch with the clients to strengthen existing partnerships, identify their needs, and make recommendations to the leadership team.

  • Collaborate with the team members to build proposals based on client needs.
    Understand the buying cycles and help the agency establish processes.

  • Manage database and contact lists.

Who You are

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field is an asset

  • 1+ year B2B sales experience

  • Client relations experience

  • Excellent communications, interpersonal, presentation and problem-solving skills

  • Confident, go-getter personality with a positive outlook

  • Strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills
